Ice cubes.
Put thin slices of cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the cucumber with a wooden spoon or a muddler. Add the vodka, the tonic and the ice. Shake it at least 30 seconds.Strain the mixture into a martini glass. Garnish with thin slices of cucumber.

Put the ice in a wine glass, add the vodka, the lemonade and stir gently. Pour on the Cabernet Sauvignon. Serve with a slice of orange.

⅓ oz. Freshly squeezed juice
1-2 teaspoons Apple butter
Ginger beer for topping
